    12 MONTHS WARRANTY

    We thoroughly inspect every watch before offering it through our store and, when necessary, ensure that it is fully serviced. However, sometimes defects arise and therefore we offer a 12-month warranty on each watch purchased. This warranty covers solely mechanical defects (related to the movement) and excludes issues arising from normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper use.

    Excluded from the warranty are, among other, the waterproofness of the watch, as well as breaking/loss of the glass, winding stem, winding crown, spring, buttons and pushers and such, and the strap/bracelet. Also excluded is damage caused by falling/bumping of the watch or through the presence of dirt or moisture in the watch.

    The warranty is non-transferable and only valid to the original purchaser. The warranty is void if the watch or movement is tampered with by an unauthorized party. If you’d like to make a warranty claim, please get in touch with us at [email protected]

    THE RIGHT TO RETURN

    In short, we’re not that difficult when it comes to returns and exchanges. We firmly stand behind our products and do our utmost best to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

    You have the right to return your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product and there’s no need to tell us why. During this period you may do with the product what is reasonably necessary to evaluate it. You may remove the product from its packaging unless the packaging contains a seal.

    The return period will expire 14 days after the day you received the product.

    REFUND

    Any products returned must be in their original condition and not being altered. This includes any supplied paperwork or accessories. If the product is not in original condition, we may reject the return or refund a lower amount.

    As long as the products are returned to us in the original condition, we will refund your purchase as soon as possible, but within thirty (30) days.

    It is your responsibility to ensure that the parcel reaches us in good order. We do not accept any liability for products that are lost or damaged before they reach us.

    This right of withdrawal does not apply to custom made, customized, and personalized goods.
